1. How do I place an order?
Stacey's offers several convenient ordering options. Order online by clicking on "Add to Basket" and make payment via Pay Pal. Or, you may simply click on the offline order form link to the left. Print the form, fill it out, and fax or mail it with payment to Stacey's, PO Box 10, St. Thomas, ND 58276. Phone/Fax: 701-257-6867.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, money order; personal check; and Discover, Visa, or Master Card. Credit card information is most safely transmitted with PayPal or by phoning or faxing Stacey's at 701-257-6867.

3. Can I place a rush order?
Normally, we ask that you allow at least 2-3 weeks for processing your order in the event that we experience high seasonal demands. However, we will do our best to accommodate rush orders.

4. How do I check out and pay for my order?
Find the shopping cart by scrolling to the right. The shopping cart is located in the upper right corner beneath the heading. Click on "go to checkout" and follow the instructions.

5. Are the colored/silver lids on the aluminum pans durable?
Our pans are manufactured by NordicWare. The lid color is a baked-on enamel coating. With reasonable care the colored lids will maintain a good, strong finish. We recommend hand-washing to ensure the color retains its brilliance. The all-aluminum silver pans are aluminum. Since they are made of a relatively soft material, one can expect some marks to occur with usage.

6. Are the personalized, aluminum pans oven- and dishwasher-safe?
Yes, the pans are both oven- and dishwasher-safe. However, the pan lids may fade with repeated dishwasher use, so we recommend hand-washing.

7. What is the appropriate use of the fitted, flexible covers with the Pyrex baking and serving sets?
The fitted, flexible covers may be used in the microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. The cover is not oven-safe. The cover is especially handy for transporting baked items and for covering for refrigeration.

8. Does the engraving on the pans or the etching on the glass affect baking in pans?
We and a panel of home experts have done testing on our products. No noticeable change in baking has been noted or reported as a result of the etching or engraving on the side or bottom of the pan.

10. I would like to order promotional items with my business logo. What is your set-up fee? Will you waive the set-up fee? What file format would you like? How do I send it to you?
We would be happy to engrave or etch your logo on an aluminum pan or piece of quality glassware. Please see the Promotional Items section of our website. Set-up fee is $75. We will waive the set-up fee for orders greater than $500. (For promotional orders greater than $500, select Product Options Logo Set-up choice “Free set-up (orders > $500)).
